ha ha adblockers. that is so true. i actually have an adblocker on firefox and i couldnt see my friends ads. he told me to click on them but i was like “dude i cant see them”. lol. short but great post Ed´s last blog ..Automated Googling
I am learning not to put too much effort into Adsense… I have 6 sites with page rankings between three and five (one site alone has over 500 pages of solid useful industry content, all personally written).
I used to get over US1,200 per month and Adsense was a real string in my online bow. Today I got $10.45 yesterday $9.80 and at this rate I will barely get $300 for the month. This is not isolated, the last 3 months have been very average. Be careful and don’t count on Adsense… it’s payout is as a random as a one-armed-bandit (poker machines) and you need to utilise other advertising streams to ensure your ongoing success.
I also realized that Adsense can’t be the main source of revenue for any websites and I am still finding its alternatives. Thanks for sharing your experience.
