Apple is now = to microsoft. So it comes to light from dark where it has be very careful in each of its move. Apple’s customer support was sufficient with previous sale numbers. but wondering why steve is not taking the customer support that serious compare to sales.

Maybe it is because Steve want to defend Apple’s products as he always states that iPhone 3GS is the best smartphone in the world and iPhone 4 must be too. No way he would admit this is a fail product, and now he is playing the blame game.
