
Blogging is always a tought work and requires a lot of time. Sometimes, bloggers feel that they can not find any subjects to write about and they soon become despondent. So in this case, how can we get our inspiration back?
When your head is empty and have no ideas left, it is time to read this article. Below, I suggest some easy ways to finds ideas for your writing.
- Subscribe to blogs, news, websites within your niche and try to read them daily. More ideas will be generated and appear in your mind.
- Search everybody’s questions: You can visit these sites, ikianswers.com answers.yahoo.com and ask.com, and read users’ questions. If you see any question within you niche and you can answer this, start writing immediately. Besides, if the question is out of your knowledge but it interests you, find more information on Google and write about it. When these questions appeal to you, Iam sure there are also many other people love to read them.
- Use FREE mind-mapping tools to generate, visualize, structure, and classify ideas. Mind maps are perfect for brain storming as it involves presentation of ideas in a radial, graphical, non-linear manner.
- Watch videos: Videos on Youtube or Vimeo will suggest you a lot of ideas, you also can use these videos for your content. Moreover, you can start making your own video, video blogging has become a favourite trend these days, an illustration of this is ProBlogger.
- Go for a walk and take exercise: You should not underestimate it, fresh air makes your thinking better, any exercise is good for your brain and keep it active. When we exercise, we are pumping more oxygenated blood through the brain which keeps it working to it’s optimal performance.

These are all sound ideas for boosting creativity. But, honestly, if you’re a blogger who often can’t think of what to blog about, I’d say you’ve probably chosen the wrong profession/hobby.
To me it’s a bit like calling yourself an inventor and then being stumped about what you can invent.
Maybe blogging SOUNDS good, but isn’t really a good fit. Not everyone really has a lot of ideas they want to share. Maybe they’d be better suited using their real expertise and skills.

Yes, I agree with you. I don’t refer to hobby blogger in this post as they is no pressure in writing for them. But, with professional bloggers, who chose blogging as their job, to update their sites and writing regularly is not simple. And I’m sure that they can’t write days by days with full of ideas, there are some time they will be stumped as you said. That is totally normal.
